1/4 oz. 151 Bacardi
4 oz. pineapple juice
Mix and pour over ice in highball.
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. grenadine
1/2 oz. cherry herring
1 1/2 oz. rum (spiced)
1 oz. coconut rum

Shake with ice. Garnish with pineapple slice and a cherry.
